Our solid chocolates will appeal to the novice or seasoned chocophile. Some are blended with a whisper of citrus or herb. Others are made from a cuvée, a blend of cocoa beans from a number of different plantations.

For an exceptional experience, try 1st Cru Plantation chocolate, from specific plantations with the best growing conditions. Found worldwide, these "Cru" plantations are the best way to experience the terroir of chocolate. Terroir is the effect of the plantation's slope, soil, duration of sunlight, and the subtleties of the climate as well. Try our Nuanciers to experience the aromas and flavors of these special chocolates, savor their seductive charms.

·Marrakech: 75% organic bittersweet chocolate flavored with Moroccan mint oil.

·Seville: velvety 65% semi-sweet chocolate with the essence of bitter orange.

·Palermo: luscious double cream Italian 38% milk chocolate infused with Fiori di Sicilia.

·Machiavelli -a decadent 64% semi-sweet chocolate with the bitter crunch of toasted cocoa nibs.

·Cocoa No. 5 - a cuvee of Caribbean beans, 66% cocoa mass. Our founder's favorite.

·La Amazone - containing 70% cocoa mass, this is a blend of South American beans.

·Quito - Rainforest Alliance certified, Arriba is a single varietal chocolate from Ecuador, 65% cocoa mass.

·Sur la Mont - an intense milk chocolate blended in Switzerland with 38% cocoa mass.
